04/05/2023 This report will be accepted as a delineation report only. REMEDIATION PLAN IS DENIED. Remediation must comply with 19.15.29 NMAC (effective 8/14/2018). OCD has this site status as "Plugged, Not released". Remediation must also comply with 19.15.29.13 NMAC. Depth to groundwater will need to be confirmed prior to submitting a request for closure. Submit a complete report through the OCD Permitting website by 7/5/2023. 2RP-4903 closed. Refer to incident #NAB1822157193 in all future correspondence.

Remediation will be completed in accordance with a remediation plan approved by both NMOCD and the BLM. ”
