If all the actions described above have not been undertaken, explain why:

        Epic Energy excavated and found the natural gas leak that had been reported on the EPIC Energy, Lybrook South #13 well location yesterday, October 14th. The leak was caused by external corrosion in the flow line with the hole in the top 1/3 of the flowline. The hole was 0.030" .The leak was downstream of the separator and no hydrocarbons were found when excavated. Gas loss determination was 67 mcf. A initial/ final C-141 will be submitted through E-Permitting.
